Ordered a product on April 7, 2020 and was charged 160.00 but still have not received my item. I've made several attempts to contact: phone, email, and online chat. The online chat was a ridiculous and it took forever in between the one word responses I did get. I gave my order number and then was told that yes that item SHOULD have been shipped but had not and that a request for an update would be sent and then an email sent to me. Before I could even ask about the email, the chat was terminated. I have tried repeatedly to call this am. You are given an option to speak to a customer service agent or the local Utah store. I waited to speak to customer service and then was given an option to either continue holding or to leave a message. I chose to hold and then automated service automatically tells you to leave a message. I tried the local store option and was told to leave a voicemail as well. If you google Sunplay the store, the map and store location come up and it reads "permanently closed" but yet the website is still taking orders and not responding to any means of communication. I have filed a claim thru my bank. I

Ordered from Sunplay, they took my money but never shipped my item. Never returned my emails. I could never reach a person via phone. After reading all these reviews I now know this company is a BIG SCAM! THEY TOOK $300 of my hard earned money and NEVER shipped the product! They have been reported and my bank has filed a claim!

Was shopping online for pool filters and Sunplay website appeared as one of the sites that had the product I was looking for. Website looks legit and price seemed to be normal. They processed my order and took my money and never shipped the product. Started researching and apparently MANY people have been screwed by this "company" something needs to be done!
