I contacted the vendor and they offered me a partial refund of $9
The item was advertised as Made in the USA but has a Made in China label.
It has a satisfaction guaranteed /money back guarantee but I have not heard back from the company after the offer of the partial refund.
I feel the site should be shut down- they are actively advertising and the ads are very beautiful, but very deceiving. I wonder how many people just give up on getting a refund as the process is unreasonable.
There was no packing slip or return information included with either of the items I ordered.

I was excited to see something for my parents for Christmas advertised on Yahoo's front page, it is a wind spinner deal that looks magical when in motion, being they are older and don't want "stuff" this was great, outdoors and pretty, etc..I also saw a crystal suncatcher wind chime deal that made me think of my daughter so thought ah what the heck Christmas, $92 bucks ok, one days work ya know.
Waited several months finally received and they were smashed, the box actually pushed through onto the delicate metal petals that have to be aligned to obtain that beautiful movement they showed from the wind in the ad and the windchime deal is a cheap plastic crystal that also got smashed and does not hang poetically.

Long story short tracked down the return address and saw it was tied to fake purchases 14-7-03182st Jamaica NY, so felt lucky to even get the products, then made contact for refund/return whatever @ [email protected] because there was nothing in with the mailing like a phone number or return policy thank you here is a flier to order more wonderful gifts or other. They initially offered $7 dollars, not even 10% and I told them no, then it went to $14 I still said no, I want a full refund or replacement -- yesterday after several weeks of the bantering and telling them if it was not refunded I was going to post it with the BBB, they came back with 45% refund, best the "manager" could do so now I am letting all of you know as pretty and excited as I was, the frustration and money loss is not worth it. Stick to tangible buy and take in hand items is my suggestion because who knows what will show up or not show or in what condition you get it via shipping.
