This company advertises high-value products, sends low-value products, and then tries to force consumers to accept a discount in exchange for keeping the low-value item. I ordered a stylish coat (kimono cut, purple velvet with lace details; link here: https://www.sunnycozy.com/products/194024-womens-retro-velvet-print-long-sleeve-...⇄ and what came was a very cheap-quality cardigan (blue cotton with large buttons; see attached photo). I asked Sunnycozy to send the correct item or refund me, and they offered me a 20% discount "in exchange" for keeping the item. I said no, repeated that I wanted the correct item or a refund, and they offered me a further discount. This went on and on, I told them that I would be disputing the charge with my credit card company and reporting them to consumer rights authorities. They responded by offering me an 80% discount, at which point I filed a chargeback dispute with my credit card company.
