Reached out through google search for nearest hot tub repair. Found a listing for a place and called. Chris was tech that offered to come out and look at hot tub. He first wanted a few pics through text message. Received another message from another number saying it was Chris' tech also offering support. Heard back from Chris that He would schedule an appt after I sent payment for a used part for spa that He diagnosed off of photos. Payment was requested to be sent to his manager Kayla Chappa by Venmo. He didn't show up for appt and was slow to reply. When I showed up at establishment to just pick up the part after several days of being bumped out, He gave me another address and said they were under construction. That address is 2062 SW 4th Ave Ontario Oregon, 97914. After further google searching it looks like the same address and set of phone numbers have been associated with multiple names for Spa. Sunny Side Spa, Family Spa Center, and Treasure Valley Pool and Spa that I could find. I've requested money back with no response.
