I purchased a Dia De Los Muertos collectible barbie doll on 11/10/2020 in the amount of $44.98. On December 7th the tracking system indicated that the package was delivered however to the wrong zip code. I immediately wrote them an email letting them know of their error and they did not get a response until December 9th. They said " your package is still in transit and it hard to recall, can you wait a few more days". There were several email communications asking them to refund my money and all they said was that the package was still in transit however the package never arrived. On February 24th they indicated that the package arrived in my country, however the package still never arrived. I emailed them back on February 24th after multiple attempts to get my money back, and they continued to ask me to wait. To this date the doll was never received and my money was stolen. It appears that they have taken down their site however many people may have fallen prey of their scams.
