I sent $500 as a down payment for a French Bulldog puppy named Sweet Tart. Total cost would be $1000 and the ad stated that shipping is included. It was agreed with Klinton Yan that the remaining $500 would be remitted once I received the puppy. Once he received the $500 he told us that the puppy was turned over to a shipping company. The shipping company then called and said they needed $2000 for a shipping crate which would be refunded once the puppy was delivered. I reminded Mr. Yan that his web site says that shipping is included. I told him that I did not feel comfortable giving someone $2000 for shipping a puppy when I could come and pick her up myself since I live in NJ and the puppy was in PA. He refused to let me do that and told me that I now had to deal with the shipper. Advised him that if he would not allow me to come pick up the puppy myself I wanted my money back. He refused and again he told me to deal with the shipper. I contacted Pay Pal however they refused to help me because I had sent the money through Friends and Family.
