I ordered a smoker/grill (Kamado Joe Classic III, 18") and paid $900. The seller charged my credit card right away but never shipped the product. He would also never answer the phone. While he did reply via e-mail for a while, now the e-mail does not exist and the online store has changed from a Grill and smoker store to a Grill cleaning service store. I have seen at least 4 other buyers have the same rip off experience. What's going on here?
