Approximately 5:07 pm, I spotted a car taking pictures of my home. I immediately went to the side door; two Hispanic males were getting out of a greyish colored Mitsubishi. I opened the door, and I begin asking them why they were taking pictures. One of the men, Alejandro Franco, stated he wanted to look at my roof, I declined. I told him that our roof had been replaced and we were not in need of any repairs. He handed me a card and stated, "We also do flowers and yards, we make it beautiful!" I declined again, said "Thank you", we have someone who services our yard. I was not comfortable and did not feel that it was lawful to take pictures without permission. I feel that this is unacceptable for the safety of me and my family.
