My mom passed away in March apparently had a subscription with this company. A box showed up and I returned it using the instructions provided inside the package. I returned the package on 3 June 2022 and it was expected to arrive on 9 June 2022. When I called about a month later on 7 July 2022 because they had not refunded the money to my mom's credit card they stated they received the package and I should see the refund in about 1 day. Subsequently, they did not refund my mom's credit card. When I called back on 19 July 2022, I got the same line that they received the package but didn't know when I would see the refund. I'm not sure this company has any plans to refund my mom's account since I cannot get any resolution or straight answer from them. I'm closing her account because I don't want anyone to use it and to protect her estate. I will have to eat the cost of this purchase as I will probably never see the refund because they will only refund to her credit card. I fear they prey on the aging generation.
