My 86 year old grandfather was looking on Facebook and saw a wonderful looking product called a garden kneeler. It advertises the ability to have a soft place to kneel instead of the ground, and handles help someone stand up. It also offers the ability to move the pad so it can be a stool. It also has a pouch to hold garden tools. My 84 year old grandmother is a gardener and is starting to have some trouble kneeling and standing over and over again when gardening so he thought this would be a wonderful gist for her! Without telling anyone he put in his credit card information and made the purchase. We were told it would take 2-6 weeks to come in. It has never arrived. I have asked for tracking numbers and they provide me with 17tracking.com and there are BS updates that don’t even include where the package is ( State, country, estimated delivery, etc.) I have asked for a refund and they say we would have had to cancel in 48 hours. This company is terrible and just took advantage of a well intending grandfather!!
