Message appeared after I clicked on Lowes Stores website that said I had a Trojan Virus and to call the number on the pop up screen within 5 minutes are I would damage my computer. Charges for fixing this would be $249.00 plus a years warranty. I am sorry to say I fell for this!! THEY SAID THEY WERE WITH MICROSOFT. They installed something on my computer. After thinking about this I called Norton (my security protection) and they told me this was a scam and removed everything they did to my computer. I also gave them my credit card number and they charged my account. I called my credit card company and have them stop it.

I called SUMMITT TECHNOLOGY back and told them I thought they had scammed me and I had Norton Delete all of the files and Credit card company had been notified so they Voided the transaction. I hope I want hear anymore from them and would like to help someone else from having this same problem.

I also notified my Bank about this.
