Website presents as local French bulldog breeder and asks for interested parties to complete an application for "approval". Follows up with email from "Donna" describing themselves as Christian family breeder just locating to VA and as being super concerned about the puppies going to loving homes who have room and time for a dog. Emails multiple family photos and videos of puppy. Requires "refundable" deposit to reserve dog paid through apple pay or zelle. We arrange pickup time but Physical address on website does not exist/is fake. scammers refuse to reply to emails or texts, until delivery is mentioned, at which point they ask for balance of puppy cost plus additional delivery fee. Claims to be first responder working busy hours. Will not respond to request to return deposit.
