Summerscape Destination Reports & Reviews (6)

My friend saw an ad on Facebook and shared it with me after I mentioned wanting to move to Cancun for better employment opportunities. Got into contact with them through Whatsapp and the whole thing seems kinda fishy for some reason; as if it were too good to be true. The salary they offer isn't top notch, but they have free housing available which totally makes up for it.

The recruiter I'm in contact with is professional and gave me the choice between Merida or Cancun. Once I chose he offered to share the addresses with me for both the Offices and the housing so my family and I would be more at ease.

Its weird AF the interview process was a piece of cake, I always ace interviews (cuz I'm a badass lol), but they're usually a bit more extensive. Also, he hasn't requested any documents which is a lil weird, but then again (although its the norm), had he requested them that would seem even more suspicious.

I don't wanna end up in a [censored] job (or worse situation) especially if my housing depends directly on it. Can any former employees provide any insight regarding their experience please?

I used to work for this people. This company's office used to be in Cancun but they moved to Merida city in Yucatan. All information they provide is false. You can call PROFECO. Even if you live in the Unite States, you can use this gouverment agency to report them and get your money back. More people file a complaint with PROFECO, more pressure for action against this fraudulent company. The owner's name is Erick Ruiz - [email protected]. Adrian Lugo is a fake name -real name: Gilberto Pena - [email protected]. Please share this information. These people use names they have from timeshare members lists. This timeshare resorts are located mainly in Cancun and Riviera Maya.

Can you please provide a lil more insight regarding your experience? They're offering me a job, but the whole thing seems like there must be a catch.

Received an offer for an all-inclusive 6 day/5 night stay at a resort in Los Cabos, MX at a reasonable price. They took my payment and assured me the resort would be contacting me right away to confirm reservations. This occurred almost two weeks ago. After several attempts to get the agent to have them contact me they now are unreachable by phone. It appears that my phone number has now been blocked so I cannot call them. I have not received any reservations nor had contact with the resort and now unable to contact the Summer Scape Destination agent, Adrian Lugo at 1-844-262-9668 ext 1010. It appears that they have no intention of providing mew with the travel package I paid for and now will not speak with me. The last conversation with them they told me that there were telephone routing problems and that is why we haven't received any calls.

We paid our vacation up front and called to cancel. They said the cancellation was approved and money would be refunded but since May 2020 we have not been able to collect our money. They are scammers ...Beware

They have been contacting several people posing as a company registered in Cancun. I would like to mention that they are using the other company's mailing address and business license to try to sell their fake vacations... They even have a picture of London labelled as Rocky Mountains and a picture of the Coliseum labelled as Everest, clearly it seems like a poorly made website.
