I purchased several items online with this company. After receiving the items, they were not what I saw online and didn't fit properly so I contacted them via email and received a generated response saying that since it was the summer they were busy that they would get back with me. That was a couple of weeks ago so I sent them a new email to which I received the same generated response. No one has tried contacting me or letting me know how I could return the items and obtain a refund for my purchase.
