I Ordered a tablet for my daughters 5th birthday, the tablet did not meet expectations. The camera was hood quality, it messed up the second day we had it and couldn't find a reset button. The number I called to complain or ask for refund the woman didnt finish the message on voicemail and sounded drunk! When they emailed me all they offered was $6 for my troubles! They didnt honor there policy of return. After another email they upped the money back to $9! I paid $69.99! They told me that I knew they was a low profit company, which I didn't, how was I supposed to know?! They wanted me to keep it with no money back and give it as a gift or resell it! They didn't sound professional and have gave me the run around! Problem is still unsolved!
