There was an as one Facebook that was for a solor powered cooler. It said shipping was in a weeks time. I placed the order and never got any tracking information. I reached out to the company and was finally given a tracking number only to find out the product was coming from China. After a months time I contacted the post office and they said it could be in customs for up to 30 days. So I gave it a little while longer. I was still in contact with the company and I asked for a refund and they said the order was already processed to just be patient. Then after tracking the package for weeks I finally see the package was delivered to another state. I reached out to the company once again and they said they had an error in shipping. They will send me another one in a weeks time. I have already contacted my bank at this point for a refund. The bank is still investigating. Another weeks goes by and the company continues with excuses and only says they will send another one. It’s all lies!!!!
