the merchandise received per online order didn't fit well so i returned the item following the return instructions. I confirmed with the tracking number that it was received at the address provided by the business to send it back to. after that, I didn't get any confirmation email of return being received or processed, so i followed up 3 times within the 2 weeks without any response from the business. at this point, I'm thinking they are not going to refund my money back.
