I purchased a Nintendo 2ds xl game on August 5, 2021. I didn't receive the tracking number right away. When I did tell them to cancel my order they told me that it was shipped but they didn't give me the tracking number until a few days later. So since it was "shipped" they couldn't provide me my tracking number or refund. I asked why is it taking so long, they said when they're low in stock they get sent from China. It's September 6th and I'm still waiting. I checked the tracking number but there seems to be no movement since August 20th. I've sent them emails and they just tell me to be patient. I spent $70 and some change and I'm still waiting with no response. I already contacted my bank and the FTC. They need to be shut down.
