I made a purchase online and the order showed up in the shop app. It was ordered on Dec 22nd 2022 and I paid extra for priority shipping. I had contacted the company and was told it shipped out but they didn't have the tracking number yet - this was January 13 2023. They no longer reply to my emails and I called and left a message with no response. As of today February 7 2023 if I go to there website to track, it states that the item has been ordered but hasn't shipped yet.
