I placed an order on January 18, 2024 for freeze dried candy. I found this website by searching Google. On their website it states orders will be shipped out within 1-2 days but after 8 days nothing was ever shipped. I contacted the company and they stated "Your order should be on the way very soon. We were out of some selections and were working on preparing your order. Thank you for being patient. You should get a tracking number soon. " There was never a name for the email and there is not any information at all on their website except an email address.
