I ordered the sugardefender & tried it, but it didn't live up to what it was suppose to do so I called them to return it. The person I talk to said just go ahead & keep it & we'll refund your money. I waited for the return & watched my bank account. Then my account started overdrawing & I was charged overdraft fees so I looked back into my account & found that they hadn't returned any of my money, but charged me twice! Now I'm out over $800. 00 & I'm not working & that's a house payment. I'm extremely upset about this & want my money back! I also want to warn others of this company's unscrupulous methods & warn them not to do business with them at all. This stuff is supposed to lower your blood sugar levels, but it doesn't work.

I did not purchase anything from this website after reading its return policy and disclaimers. It does state that it is a risk-free purchase with a 60-day moneyback guarantee, however, in the fine print of the return policy, it basically states that they will not refund it as it is sold AS IS. The advertisement is for first time buyers to get a huge discount (risk free purchase) but policy says no items that are for sale and not full price will be refunded which sale prices are the only option. It also states that if you have any physical disease, you should not take this product, even though this product is specifically for diabetes. There are also several other shady things stated throughout all of their policy, pages and agreements basically, stating that they don’t back up any of the info they are representing, or the ingredients of the product may not be as advertised or that it will work or that it is even used for what they are advertising (cure for diabetes) and the reviews are fake. They posted reputable Medical Companies logos to look like they back the product but small print states the companies have not represented them in anyway.

Luckily, I took the time to read the small print and didn’t get scammed out of my money but hopefully the site gets taken down, so others don’t continue to lose their hard-earned money especially while they’re already dealing with a very horrible physical disease and just looking for a better solution to be healthy.
