I was on Spring Break Vacation in March 2021, and somehow on my instagram, this person, took $3,120.00 away from and never returned my money at all, still the scammer keeps on asking for money again all the time, the scammer won't ever return my money, even if I asked nicely.

So I was added on snapchat my this person claiming to want to be my sugar momma. I said sure but was confused. We talked for a little bit and they then asked for my phone number for easier messaging. I was then told I would get a weekly 300 dollars. So I w did cool what do I do. Then they asked for my email address and home address so they can send me a check. I then grew skeptical because they bumped the weekly allowance when I told them my daily checking is 5000 and they said I will be sent that much I get 500 and then I would zelle 4500 to her granny. That was a red flag for me so I did a little research and found out in 2020 this scam was going around of people claiming to be sugar mommas or daddies and would send you this check but would never go through and you would pay out the large sum for there friend or in my case granny. When I found this out I asked a few questions like what they wanted me to do with the check and sure enough it's the same as the scam. So I completely backed off. I'm slow when it comes to thinking but im glad I recognized this quick. The only thing I gave out was my number and how much online checking I can do in one day so I think im safe ish I dont know but as soon as this happened to me I quickly made this report. Hope this can help
