Got a phone call saying it was suddenlink, saying that they are doing an upgrade on the system and had me to turn off my tv so they could do so, then started talking about cost that it would lower my cable bill and give me better service but first I needed to send them $400.00 that day by a check or money order and if I did I would get march and april free.

Received an email on my work email that I would never use for bills stating I owed $122.00 from last months bill. I do not nor have I ever used a company called suddenlink what so ever.
