I ordered 2 masks for my sons for Halloween and they took my money weeks ago and I paid extra for expedited shipping and when I went to track the package I was told only a label was printed and that Fed Ex has not received any packages. So I then emailed the "company" many times and tried to call and they claim they are out of Miami, yet the phone number is based out of North Carolina and the person on the voicemail did not speak English, and then the more I dug into the company there was an address on the site for Portugal. So I ended up having to go to a different site and re order them by someone else on e-bay and pay 60$ extra dollars for shipping so they would arrive before Halloween. This is ridiculous.
