I purchased from a scammer. I didn't realize the subscription fees were off until my checking bank account showed an amout of $239.98 withdrawn when I purchased just one bottle to try out and see how it work for me.The legitiment site was redirected to a spoof site. I emailed the company that the amount debited to my account was wrong and that I wanted a refund for the deceitful response when they told me that no refund can be done without going through their customer support phone. I tried getting through for 3 days and realized that this phone number is bogus. The number I called is......1-888-697-6016. This number is busy all day and night. They continued to tell me to hang in there and wait until you can speak to someone. Meanwhile, they sent me a tracking number for the product as though my desires where never even considered. After the first day, I did some research and gathered information on their scamming techniques. I know now that they are only out for the most money they can grab from the poor people that trust their product. I have since had to cancel my debit card and begin changing all my many contacts to a new debit card which is quite a big deal for me. This deceitful and disrespectful tactics are not acceptaand I hope something can be done to erase this fradulent company so no one else has to deal with them.

Once my order was no longer pending and money was sent to the company from my checking account I was able to call a number next to the amount of $329.98 in the bank transfer. When I called this number she gave me the same song and dance that I can only cancel through the customer support phone number and that she couldn't help me. Once again denial and deceit. Leaving be at a loss for what to do next with this dilemma. phone number....************

It’s advertised on Snapchat as having a sale on a body spray being on sale for $1, you click on the link and a website shows up and it shows different scents with a sale price and an higher original price crossed out, once you pick your scent and add to the cart you are then charged once information is submitted and the purchase is complete. You then receive an email that states “ She Boutique provides a subscription service. By subscribing to our service, you have confirmed that you accept our Terms of Service. Your membership will automatically renew on a recurring basis at which time your credit card will be charged automatically for the subscription products, including applicable shipping and handling fees until you cancel your membership. You may cancel your membership at anytime by logging in to your account, selecting Subscriptions, then clicking cancel next to the item.” The invoice in the email shows that I will be charged $6 every 2 days for a subscription until I cancel.

Honestly I was just trying to download the Disney App after saving 3 years to take my grandkids to Disney. You need the Disney app for the Genie pass apparently and whole host of other stuff. I clicked and brought me to a website to register (Starller). I thought that was a bit odd and it asked for my credit card info ... initially I backed out but my system has all sorts of malware protection and I know that when you get this app the purpose is so you can go into the resort and use it to charge things making it easier. And of course the website said NO CHARGE TO YOUR CARD. I THOUGHT I was being paranoid initially so I went back and completed the app and that's when I KNEW I had been scammed. . Brought me to a website full of entertainment stuff.

I immediately called the bank - cancelled my card and now i'm reporting them. NOT OK to take advantage of folks just trying to take their grandchildren for a once in lifetime trip to Disney

So they said they were going to send me a bottle of Instaflex and some cream free to try. And all I had to do was cover the shipping fees of $5.95 and they did send me the cream and they did send me a bottle of pills which I will not take then shortly after they send me another bottle of pills and my bank said that they charge me $75 and some change I can’t remember the exact amount of change but they charged me $75, when I tried to call them on the phone, they didn’t answer the phone rings and rings and rings. I’m going to try to contest that with my bike five freaking dollars for 30 vitamins no no I never agreed to that.

I was told buy 2 bottles get one free, I was charged for all 3!! Then they advertise a Detox product, I didn't click on it but they add it to your order and charge you. They give you a run around when you call to return, offering you to keep product and give you 35% of your $ back. When I refused 3 times they finally give you an address but are not gonna refund you the total, they say you are charged a sanitation fee and inspection fee of like 18 dollars. I told them I shouldn't be charged this cause I didn't order the Detox and should have gotten 3rd bottle for free. They then hang up on you! Told them I was gonna report them to BBB. Gonna try to return and at least get $101.61 back!

I scanned a QR code in order to donate money to a charity and I was redirected to Starller.com. I thought I was signing up for the charity, but instead, I was signing up for a subscribtion to Starller.

The scammer billed for the gummies and included another product too. Original cost was $239 plus another $59 for product not ordered. It said money back guarantee, but after talking to 3 different customer service people, one said no refund and another said none after 30 days. The bottle has an email address for customer service ([email protected]). They did not reply to my email, instead tried to continue to bill me. I blocked their charges and the credit card company is disputing the original charges as they deem this organize to be fraudulent. They billed and attempted to bill me under the following company names: Advanta, Dynamics and Rapid results. There were 3 different phone numbers 833-556-4438, 833-379-3841 and 855-800-7249. My credit card company advised me to let them reissue me a new credit card number. This will be a hassle, but they say these companies are relentless and will sell your information.

I signed up for Albert and got a subscription due to being low on money and needing some, I did however not use their app for this and even canceled my subscription soon after creating it. A few weeks go by and I noticed they had automatically taken ¢40-¢40 there so I check the app and they had taken a total of $23 over several weeks without knowledge, so I try to cancel my account again but it saids I need to remove all the money from it first that's their only requirement, however they will never let your account hit $0 even though it's already frustrating enough trying to transfer money with them, so I turned off the "auto investing" feature on the app and was waiting for the money to transfer to my main bank account. I checked my bank account today as of 12/1/23 and I have a charge for $43 from Albert Financial, I go and look and what would you know they put money automatically back in the Albert account because it finally hit zero and they didn't want me to cancel, so even though I already canceled my subscription with them once nothing happened and I've turned off auto investing at least 3 times now and yet they still take money out of my account without warning, I contacted their customer support multiple times and Everytime I was told the same exact thing got to transfer all your money first, so this morning I went to my bank to dispute the charges and put a block on Albert from taking anymore money, they are practicing shady business practices and doing everything they can to make sure they can still get money out of you that you didnt agree too.

My ears were ringing and I wanted a natural product to help. I searched online and noticed a "Shark Tank" approved company and assumed they were legitimate. Once I was online to order the product, the process was so fast I could not read the information, I decided to immediately cancel my order as I realized the ad was photoshopped after seeing this warning on Google.

I called customer service and was screamed at by a woman who said she would decide who gets a refund. I mailed back the bottle I received with a letter asking them to cancel as they are saying this is a forever subscription with a 30-day money-back guarantee on the photoshopped ad. Instead, they mailed me yet another bottle and charged me another $129. I immediately called my credit card company to cancel my order(s) and am having the company investigated by Google and the USPS for fraud. I noticed this company changes names, product scams, and internet addresses often. If you hold the cursor over the email (As I just learned to do), it belongs to someone in Hong Kong

look out from EARTHmed from Dever Co. or PO Box 90129 Lakeland Florida or [email protected].

Please shop local rather than get caught up in a terrible subscription scam like this nightmare!

If you buy anything from this catalog they will enroll you in their VIP program--- and continue to take 15.00 a month until you figure out they are doing it. My husband died last year- I wasn't checking my bank account regularly and they took 15 dollars for 2 years without my consent. I called- they said they will take me off the VIP program (which includes nothing, by the way). They emailed me the un-subscription and I emailed back saying I will report them and I want all of my money returned. They said they can only refund the last 6 months.

I NEVER signed up for a VIP program and I would never accept any reoccurring charges for anything. When I did some research it seems this company has been doing this for many years. I hope this will help someone else.

This phone number 704-219-9855 called me by an Indian claiming I subscibed rebel TV last year and stated I owed him $200. I said I didn't subscibed, I didn't receive anything and I will report him to Scam Tracker. I hung up on him and blocked his number
