Did not know I was signing up for monthly automatic deliveries.

- Pratt, KS, USA • Mar 02, 2026

I ordered a product which I received but then started getting a monthly charge for a subscription. There was nothing in the initial purchase agreement about a continuing fee.

- Tampa, FL, USA • Jan 13, 2026

They advertised on Instagram and offered an apple watch app that provided different watch faces. they initially billed me which i agreed to $3.99. But a week later, they placed a charge for $29.99. It looks like I'm not the only person that's fallen victim to this.

One time purchase turned into monthly shipments they will not turn off.

- Albany, OR, USA • Jan 06, 2026

I was trying to do some reasearch on a friends boyfriend who claimed he went to prison. So I looked up a site to help find accurate court filings as I could not find any online. This site said secure etc. I was offered a 1 day trail for 1$. I signed up for that ONLY! All of a sudden im getting charged 16$ for a "reverse look up" and something else for 35$ that doesnt even have a description. Then when I go to cancel or take my debit card off the site. They have it "locked" in with no way to delete and have someone elses name as the card holder. My bank immediately flagged in on the 3rd transaction. I had to close my card and get a new one.

This is an online retailer that I purchased from not knowing I was automatically subscribing for monthly shipments. When I contacted merchant, they sent a link to cancel but when I attempted to, it never provided confirmation of cancellation. Just a black screen. I have tried on multiple attempts to access on their website. It will pull up a page for various things and then quickly disappear. So there is no way to access cancellation of subscription. I have notified my credit card company of this as well. The website is not user friendly when trying to cancel, which I feel is going to be a bigger issue when consumers figure out this problem. I’ve attached a screenshot of page for cancellation but next screen is blacked out.

- Jackson, TN, USA • Jan 04, 2026

I placed a order for the tumeric face wash months ago. They are still withdrawing funds from my account every month. It has been 7 plus months. There is no option on the web page to cancel a order. I did not sign up for unlimited orders of this product. This is a scam to constantly charge people for ordering from them. I have emailed them and their email account listed is not responding to me to cancel this order

- Evans, GA, USA • Nov 06, 2025

The website offered a .99 cent offer on a report. No indication or literature stating that I would be charged a lot more and now I'm probably in a recurring charge now. There was nothing provided or available to show what I was going to be charged, except the .99 cents.

- Naples, FL, USA

I signed up for a one time purchase and paid with a credit card. After 3 weeks my card was charged again and I was notified through email that my subscription was all set and I will receive monthly items. I never agreed to a subscription. No phone numbers anywhere to contact the company or cancel anything. I email several times but the responses seemed generic and didn’t resolve anything. They are using a company name that is close enough to a very reputable company, so people get confused. Their name is GAIAS and it’s confusing since Gaia Herbs is a very reputable company I have ordered many times through Gaia Herbs. I even called Gaia Herbs, thinking it was the same company. They explained to me that they get these phone calls all the time and everyone has the same complaint…. Getting signed up for a subscription once they receive a new customer without customer consent.

You pay one time fee of .99cents after taking an I Q test, but apparently ,from what they post online and somewhere in the fine print you have agreed to more weekly fees of 9.99 dollars being withdrawn from the account info you give them every week . I never agreed or saw this. Had to cancel my Bank account and card to stop this. Even though I went on their website and cancelled, they still withdrew from my account every week. You will find more people on social forums, such as reddit complaining about same thing.

They hook you in with a cheap subscription service, then they do not allow you access to your own account to cancel after the fact, holding your credit/debit hostage while they charge you weekly

- Dublin, OH, USA

I ordered a Shark carpet cleaner from infomercial. Salesperson asked me if I wanted the free gift cards from Discount shoppers and travel savings. I said no! He said I will send them anyway, I can cancel anytime.

In small print at the bottom of the letter it said I will be charged $29.95 a month. They have my credit card info already since I ordered the carpet cleaner. So, I called & canceled. However, I didn’t read the travel one. I just tore it up. The next day my bank texted asking if the $29.95 charge was legit. I said no and they canceled my credit card. Then I got the torn up letter back out. It had a small paragraph at the bottom also sayings I would be billed $29.95 every month.

Definite scam! Shut down this horrible company!!

I am being harassed over a year later from TheBellyBundle subscription service, after I canceled with them after several months of them sending horrible wish quality defective, chemical smelling products and atrocious customer service. I will be leaving a review anywhere I can.

Mama's beware of the scamming company. False advertising on the quality of products and harassing customers. Below is the email I received 1/30/2025 over a year later from when I canceled in 2023.

I emailed them back screenshots of the invoice number and it even saying FREEBOX VOID FEE $39.99.

I urge everyone do not waste your money or your energy on this awful company.

The fun part of this I already told them they over charged me several times when I was trying to cancel and their response was "You were not charged." So incoming more screenshots and then no reply until a year and a half later out of the blue asking for more money. I never got my refund. Horrid company and customer service.

I attempted to purchase a bottle of hair growth oil for 5.99 and then there were attempts to charge my card for $198.00. I never received the product. I attempted to email the company to cancel the order and requested that my card stop being charged but my requests were ignored. I had to contact my financial institution, cancel my credit card and order a new one. However the charge attemps continue. I made another attempt to email the company to demand the charge attempts be stopped, however the email i sent was kicked back to my own email address. I would appreciate the assistance of the ScamPulse.com to stop these financial attacks being made by this fraudulent "business "

Charged for subscription when i didnt sign up for a subscription

- Jacksonville, AL, USA

The scammer offered a product to remove skin tags for $39.99. Upon receiving the order, the scammer charged the credit card $299.99. I immediately canceled (the same day) but the scammer sent the product anyway, and would not agree to cancel the entire charge. Instead, the scammer invoked a restocking charge of approximately $54.00, which is more than the stated price of the product. I refused the shipment as soon as it arrived and delivered it to the post office for return. In researching this company, I discovered that this is their modus operandi. They offer a product for one price, then charge considerably more for the product.

- Charlotte, NC, USA

On May 15 $28 was taken for subscription that we did not sign up for we did not notice this because my wife was going into the hospital to have surgery however yesterday August 15 we observed that another $28 came out of our account and when we called to dispute this with PayPal, they refused to take care of it. We don’t know who signed up for this cause we have no Receipt no the only receipt we have is PayPal that they sent to us. I would like to get my $56 back. I’ve been disputing this and PayPal is Ignoring me.
