I ordered two couch covers and a chair cover in mid-September. In late October I received an email saying the shipment would arrive by Nov 22, 2020 or my purchase would be refunded.

The shipping tracking codes I was sent were not valid. In November the shopping section of the site was no longer viewable and displayed a 404 error. I wrote to the company several times asking for a refund but they have not replied. I have not received my goods or a refund.
