I placed an order of skincare products on February 23, 2023 on https://www.stylevana.com/en_US/ for $41.23. I received the order about a month later. One of the products I received was defective, so I submitted a request through the website to request assistance with the return process on March 22, 2023. On their Returns & Exchanges page of the website, it states "Please allow 3 - 5 working days for your return to be authorized". I have not yet received a response from customer service, as of May 1, 2023. I have followed up with the company via their customer service email ([email protected]) multiple times regarding my request and I have not received any response. I reached out to the company via their official Instagram page (@stylevana_sv) by commenting on their recent posts that I have not received any response from customer service. Their instagram page commented an auto-reply message that I should email customer service ([email protected]), even though I have already. Other instagram users have commented on the company's recent posts that they have not received their order, the customer service email never responds, and that they paid for their order and never received their package since it was returned to sender. I would like to warn others about my experience. I would not recommend that anyone order from Stylevana.
