I ordered 3 stanley tumblers in begining of January. Site looked like a legit Stanley site. No product delivered. When i contacted them, they said they would check into it. I gave them my order number. Next they sent me a tracking number 3 months later and said the items were delivered to my new neighbors. So i went to the post office to talk with them. The tracking number they provided aas for a 2 oz. Package to my neighbors the month before. I once again contacted help@bruneculture via email and told them it was a 2 oz package wrong address & it took them another 2 weeks to reply my package was delivered. I am needless to say angry. They have stolen $39 from me at this point. Sad part was it was birthday gifts. BEWARE of these Stanley theives that take advantage of popular items to steal your money. My lesson has been learned about ordering on-line.

I found the add on Facebook and purchased 2 Stanley Harry Potter tumblers because I was supposed to receive a free one after ordering two. I received an email with what seemed to be an order confirmation and then didn't receive the product. I then emailed them back to find out why and they said it was delivered to the wrong address, and then asked me to confirm my address and that they would send out a replacement. Said it would take about 7 days to get and I still haven't gotten anything and now communication has stopped completely from their end.

I purchased Stanley The Quencher H2.0 FlowState Tumbler (Soft Matte) | 40 OZ. Total purchase of $19.94. After purchasing I received an email asking for a photo copy of my card used. I requested to cancel and a few days later they said it was shipped and already delivered. I told them I did not receive anything. I have checked with my neighbors and the post office and I have not received anything in the mail. I no longer want the item. I need my money back. Other emails used from them are;

An ad on Facebook popped up for extremely discounted Stanley cups. I clicked on the ad and purchased 2 cups. However, I never got a confirmation email and there was no way to contact anyone on the website, which was styletumbler.com. It also seemed the link was hidden under another website, shoptallyho.com. People in the Facebook comments of the ad said they never received the product. After further research, I figured out this website is fraudulent and not the official stanley website.
