I mean, tbh looking to write specs its hard because its so straight forward its pretty much:

[Core]

- Nothing changes in terms of the core basics of MW healing in PvE, if that makes sense. Example, it is not always bad to vivify spam to keep raid up etc.

- Standard CD useage/aoe logic etc

[Specific to build]

- Account for current haste to maximize the renewing mist useage, with some basic calcluations to help with the logic (example a generic calculation to determine the find the higherest safe number of renewing mist ttainable)

- Account for situations with pure melee uptime vs lower uptime in terms of its renewing mist useage.

- While not a perfect science, it should be doable to have close to the max renewing mist useage allowed for your current stats +- a small number to ensure the 'guess' is right.

- Customer should fill in his desired configurable options in a UI, easy to add just need to know what you prefer to be configurable.
