My son purchased some sneakers from this site that claimed to carry this particular style cheaper and they promote the logo all over their website and the pictures they show are the real product but once purchased and received the actual item is a fake not authentic and not even remotely close or of any good quality. They are using the "Puma" name but not producing PUMA quality - we contacted them immediately for a return address and a refund and they have been going in circles for over a month. First the offered 10% discount to keep them not they are at 18% refund to keep but will not provide return address and refuse to cooperate.
