Scammer was allowed to run retro t shirt ads on Instagram. Once payment processes they attempt to wait as long as possible to furnish any info thinking it will be too late for paypal or a card company to get a refund. They then provide fake shipping that of course never arrives. After returning to the website they dont have any of the items shown that I initially purchases. Fortunately AMEX saw what I saw and got my money refunded.
