Attention ladies this is a PSA please be aware of this scam artist by the name of stylesbyshade the wig closet on Instagram. She is located in Southfield MI her address is 24361 greenfield rd ste 208a. She should be called the scam closet because she scammed me out of my $25 security deposit. I booked a hair appointment with ms.allen on Sunday February 7th at 3:30pm. And paid a security deposit of $25 that would go towards my install. I arrived to my appointment on time and was not serviced. When I arrived to Ms.Allen suite she wasn’t welcoming at all being that I was a new client. She proceeds to grab my hair and ask me how would I like my hair styled I showed her a picture of my preferred style. She then tells me that she cannot install my hair after looking at my swiss lace frontal unit and kept giving me several different reasons as to why she can’t install it such as ( The lace is not your skin tone, I can install it but it won’t look right I would have to leave several baby hairs out). She also stated that she had errands due to it being super bowl Sunday, which I don’t understand why she was disclosing that information being that my appointment was already set and paid for. She was very unprofessional, the hair that I purchased was transparent Swiss lace which states on her website she accepts that kind not only is Ms.Allen’s website misleading she insulted me by insinuating that my lace isn’t Swiss and told me to contact my vendor. I booked my appointment and paid a 25 deposit towards my hair that she was not able to do because of her own personal reasons she is fraudulent ms.Allen will scan you out your deposit. I sent Ms.Allen my security deposit on 1/31/2021 through my Zelle application, Because I wasn’t serviced for my appointment and Ms.Allen inconvenienced me for my time driving 30 minutes to not get anything accomplished and scammed me out my deposit. I should be refunded my deposit back I showed up to my appointment I was mislead and I had my correct hair Products that she requested that I needed for my install. I reached out to Ms.Allen To see if she can kindly send me my security deposit for her inconvenience and she responded Unfortunately I cannot due to the inconvenience was not caused by me. She IS A SCAM ARTIST THAT WILL TAKE YOUR DEPOSIT DO NOT I REPEAT DO NOT GO TO THIS HAIR STYLIST I MEAN SCAM ARTIST!!!!!!
