I ordered several shirts from this company, and the tracking information stated that my package had been "successfully delivered." However, the package was never delivered to my address.

I contacted the company to let them know that I had not received my order. Their response simply stated that the package had been "successfully delivered." I explained again that it was not delivered to my address—or, as far as I know, even shipped.

After that, the company stopped responding to my emails altogether. I find this extremely frustrating and unacceptable. I paid for an order that I never received, and instead of helping resolve the issue, their customer service stopped communicating with me.

I ordered shirts 10 pack for $26. They deducted $34.97 from my account & they said the product was delivered which they never did. They said to check with my post office which I did but the China Post shipping company my post office had never heard of. They went by company name of Damour, Inc.

Was playing words with friends and styleclothinglife popped up. I ordered shirts and never heard nor can find the website..but they stole my 34.97..can't get ahold of them...the website seems to be gone..

I ordered blouses from this company. After 3 weeks I e-mailed them was given what turned out to be an invalid tracking number and was told they were on their way. I contacted them again when I received notice of delivery and told them the tracking number was incorrect. Said I wanted a refund and am awaiting a reply. The e-mail I used was [email protected]
