My daughter transferred by zelle to the scammer [email protected] Kerri Lynn Balles as requested USD 550 last 03/31/2023 in order to have delivered Lovert(the dog) to our home in ******** ***** Florida. Once she transferred the funds, they informed her that she had to choose from 3 types of requested cages and pay amounts going from USD 999 to 2050 to transport the dog by plane. This was not mentioned in the email where they stated the conditions. She called Kerri Lynn Balles at 1 828 372 5611 and requested the funds back and they told her that will not transfer her the fund back and that we have to contact the shipping company in order to get the dog shipped. When we call them https://www.air-petsinternational.com we talked to a person named Christopher and they told us to transfer more money to paid the accommodation for the last week as the pet was abandoned there.

I am attaching the pet certificate, which we corroborated that is scam and the copy of the shipping invoice, which we are also attaching.

Please let us know if you could do something to get our funds back.

We tried to recall the transfer and the bank told us that they could not to do that at this point.
