Ordered from this company that advertised as stunninglens.com only to find out it’s the same company that has the website lensnature.com with whom I have had issues with. The product they sent were not as described and defective. The company refused to refund me. I told them to cancel my order they said they could not. I was fooled by false advertising. How could I order from a totally different site and yet it’s still the same company? I’m just so frustrated with their business I want my refund and to be done with them forever. They still never issued a refund. Tried to dispute through PayPal PayPal was no help.

Well I made the order on August 22, 2018 I ordered two pair of contact lenses I paid $*** the website says it’s free shipping and it takes anywhere from 5 to 20 Business days so I went ahead and made a purchase today is September 24, 2018 I still haven’t received my order their customer service is the worst in the world I emailed them already three times in my order still not here the customer service told me that they needed another whole month to supposedly investigate up on my order that sounds fishy I emailed him again this time I was really mad and told him that I was going to report them this happened to me and a friend of mine my friend got his order in complete after over a month and I still haven’t got mines the shipping and tracking number still says the same thing when you track it on express
