I was told my this agency student service support i was in a rehab program to get out of default, and told me to wait 9 months to get cleared out of default. i waited 9 months and then they tell me, there is a problem with the Dept. of Ed not receiving my rehab forms. The Dept. of Ed. tells me im not eligible for rehab. this program cost me $1,000. The Name i spoke too was Name Ralph and supervisor name: it sounds like Moi
