I was contacted by student prep services for student loan forgiveness, I denied taking the option of forgiveness they were offering. I then received an email (while I was still on the phone) that my password was changed, and other information was changed on my federal account. I had to call and verify it was me to get back into my account. The federal agent said that no one should be accessing and changing your information other then you. I tried to call back to that company, and no answer after that. SCAM.
