Your payment of $780.00 will only go towards processing your application documents and enrolling you into the federal program. It does not go towards your loan balance.
The whole process could take around 60-90 days to complete. A Student Prep Center representative will communicate with you through phone calls and emails to update you through the whole process.
This is an Income based program; your payments could go up or down depending on your income, however it will always be affordable for you since it is based on your income, also we are to help you get the lowest payments possible every year.
Your new monthly payment will take effect immediately once the application process is complete, however in order for you to receive your loan forgiveness, you have to finish your new term and make your income-based payments in order to get your loan forgiveness by the federal government. If you work for a public service or nonprofit, you will have to finish and make 120 months of income- based payments.
You will receive updates and statements through Email and Postal Mail. If you receive any correspondence letters from the U.S Department of Education or Servicers that you do not understand or needs further information please bring it to our attention immediately.
I understand that I have willingly signed up for the services Company offers and that I will not be disputing any charges with my banking institution or Credit Card Company as fraudulent or unauthorized.
You are subjected to our 100% guarantee policy which is listed in your proof of enrollment. If you are not approved through the Department of Education for the selected Federal Program, then Student Prep Center will reimburse %100 of your processing fee back to you. (Details under section 7)
