I was told by representative Brandon Clark that for *** a month for 6 months they would put me in an income driven plan that would put my student loan payments at 0 a month. After 3 payments I continue to get emails saying they couldn't work on my loans because they didn't have proof of income. I had sent them proof of income several times and Brandan Clark told me on the phone that he had recevied them. When I called today they told me they were not working on my student loans because I was not a client of theirs and never was. When I asked them why they were taking money out of my account if I'm not a client they had no answer but refused to stop payment. I have since researched and discovered I am not the only one they have done this too. I have to cancel my debit card to prevent them from taking anymore money.

This guy is ruthless. Strong Indian accent. Complete silence in background. He's calm, cool, and calculating. Asked me if I wanted to find out how the government could help me with my student loans. There is a program, a government program - student loan forgiveness. I asked him where his company was located. He said, "Oh, ma'am, I cannot tell you that." I said "why not?" He said "because you are not a client." I said "Well HOW do you expect me to become a client if I don't know where you are located?" He said he does not give out his company's address because "you could be a terrorist." What an [censored]. I told him I am on the DO NOT CALL list and I have never taken out a student loan to boot. Said I am reporting him to BBB and FTC do not call. He screamed at me and hung up.
