I was contacted by this company. They said it was an initiative of the Biden administration. If I were to pay them $59.99 a month for five years my student debt would disappear. I contacted MOHELA after receiving angry letters from them and discovered that they did not send one penny towards my student loan balance.

Received letter in mail offering to reduce or eliminate student loan. I contact via phone and informed that to many people are not taking advantage of Loan Forgiveness and asked set of questions to see if I fit the bill. I do because I've worked in human services for more than 10 years.

Guy tells me he can get my loan reduced by having it consolidated and arrange of it to be one price and I would pay the loan back for ten years and because of my public service the rest of the loan is forgiven. However there is a small fee of $575.00 and they will allow me to break it up in two payments the first the 19th of Feb and next March 19. He ask for my debit card number. I foolishly give it to him. I am transferred to a case manager named Michael who is going to manage everything for me. And I will need to send in documentation to prove income.
