I was told I would be deducted $39.00 out of my acct each month,which I have. These payments would go towards my student loan & student loan pro would forgive and help pay off my loan also. As of November 2019 was last payment taken out of my acct. The acct was shut down without notification & I contacted DOE & not one payment has ever been sent to my loan. They have never heard of student loan pro. This company has been scamming me & taking my money & now has a non active number to be reached. I want answers & a refund!!!

Student Loan Pro had taken down my payment debit card information to supposedly consolidate my student loans for me and after two weeks of trying to call them and reach out to them, which the calling system only gave me the option to contact the loan provider I spoke to, no returned call was given out to me. I automatically called my fed loan who I am paying and he informed me that it is a scam because no payment has been made towards them to relieve any of my debt. Student Loan Pro has not even contacted my federal loans to make a process about consolidating my loans and when I called my federal loans, they stated that many scammers have done this to many graduate students like myself and I canceled payments toward Student Loan Pro.
