Called and left a voicemail about reducing or “possibly forgiving” my federal student loans; I don’t have any student loans. “Ashley” said she wanted to be my “expert” and that she saw on record that I was eligible for this. She also did not use my name at all.

This company is calling me up to 4-5 times a day. I have not solicited their services, nor do I have student loan debt. I paid mine off working 3 jobs. I am not the do not call registry. I have asked them not to call me, I am getting more and more calls. I have blocked over 50 different phone numbers as they keep spoofing numbers as they robo-dial out. I can barely get any information out of them. They give you options to choose when they call you, but if you do not choose to talk to an agent, this keeps round robining you to the same message. They hang up on me when I try to get more information out of them.

Do not give out personal information over the phone to a number that you did not call.

I keep receiving text messages with different names with the same message. I've called to be put on a do not call list and I'm still receiving text messages daily.
