I received several letters from them. They knew my student loan totals and told me I could consolidate them. They told me how much I would pay which was $100 less that what I am paying now. They made it sound too good. Then as I was signing up, they slammed me with a $900 charge fee payable in two payments. In less than a week, I emailed two different people stating I wanted to withdraw my application and called once to which I was hung up on. I stated the contract said I could cancel prior to the completion and approval of the document preparation service. I have not received approval as of yet which means I can still cancel the application. They will not return my calls or emails.
