Student Doc Relief reached out to my mother to assist with student debt (some of my debt is in her name). She paid an upfront fee and then committed to pay $40 a month for their "debt consolidation services." This payment has been recurring for almost 2 years and just now finding out about it. My payments have always been the same and I have never received any "services" from them. Additionally, the website the claim to use to facilitate all of this does not exist, the number the provide to call does not have a voicemail and is not answered, and they email you every month to remind you to pay or you will be fined. I also read that they had some people sign contracts for their services.
