I had gotten a call from student aid.org telling me they would forgive $9,496 of my 12,676$ I have left on my loan. I agreed to pay 4 installments of $195 on my agreement not realizing it sounded fishy to try and pay in advance for a loan, I fell for it. And when I tried looking up to cancel saying they have a 72 hour “cooking period” that’s when it seemed like a scam and they didn’t have any record of me as their client
