I purchased tickets for a concert in December 2024. The concert was July 2025. The day of the concert, stubhub still hadn't delivered the tickets. When contacted they said the seller transfer didn't occur and offered a "comparable" seat. All alternate options has "limited or obstructed view" when the original seats did not. There were no comparable options so I selected one. Turns out we are sitting behind the stage with a row of lights directly in front of us. If I had bought these tickets 7.5 mos ago, I would've paid way less for the seats I got. Very disappointing.

I purchased concert tickets online through StubHub and about a week later I received these tickets. I was so excited!! I even invited my boss to go with me. When we got to the venue they scanned my tickets and told me that they were invalid!! That they had to be fakes!! I was MORTIFIED!!!! And we had to leave without seeing our favorite artist:( Worst day ever!!

I purchased event tickets through to attend a sporting event in San Jose. There were only mobile tickets so there is no printed tickets available. When I went to use the tickets at the event, the tickets disappeared. When I called the vendor they said that there was nothing that they could do and I was out over $500.00 with no recourse.
