I purchased a Jersey in May 26 from the STRT site and never received a tracking number or email of my purchase but the money was taken out of my account. I purchased a Michael Jordan Laney Jersey for 55.00. Please advise. I have a copy of where the money came out of my account.

Their response:

Hey there. We see that your order was shipped, and your tracking info was sent to the email you provide during checkout.

My response:

Can you at least provide my tracking number? I never received an email even though you say one was sent. I never received the Jersey either. If I cannot get my tracking number, email or order I am submitting this to the Better Business Bureau and Attorney General for the state.
