I bought two sweaters on 1/3/2024. I received the sweaters 1/20/2024 and the colors were not as advertised and the quality was also very poor. I contacted them through their website as there was no phone number. (I have pictures of the correspondence) but here is the info:

Me: 1/22/24 I have received these today and they were not what I was looking for. I would like to return. Please give me the instructions on how to do so.

STROSTRKE:1/22/24 Thank you for reaching out to us. We have found that you have recently purchased the following orders. You can choose the order you want to inquire about and contact the seller. We will reply to you as soon as possible. Order ID:21333S405055/Men's St. Patrick's Day Trefoil Print Casual Stand Collar Sweatshirt.

Me: 1/22/24 (I chose their articles) Please send me return instructions for these items.

Me: 1/24/24 This hasn't been resolved yet. I would like to return these items. No one has answered my request.

STROSTRKE: 1/25/24 We're so sorry for this. Can you please send us some pictures (jpg, less than 1MB) of the item you received? So we can check the problems and help you.

Me: 1/25/24 (Picture attached with items still in their packaging) The colors and material are not what I wanted. Please send me instructions on returning to you.

STROSTRKE: 1/25/24 Thank you for your email. We ship to you according to your order if it doesn't fit, you can give it to someone else or buy another After all, returning the shipping cost you have to pay is not very cost-effective. Yours sincerely

Me: 1/25/24 I want to return this and get a refund. Please send me the instructions.

STROSTRKE: 1/26/24 We feel terribly sorry for your dissatisfaction. But we can assure you that our products are absolutely up to standard. Sorry for what happened. We are so sorry that you don't like our product. This will be reported to our manufactures for improvement. Yours sincerely.

Me: 1/25/24 Please refund my purchase and send the return instructions.

STROSTRKE: 1/26/24 Thanks for your reply. As our warehouse checked, the product we sent to you is correct indeed. According to our return policy, if we do not send you the wrong item, it won't be supported to returned or exchanged. And the shipping fee may be very expensive to you. So how about we refund you 2USD as compensation and you keep the products? Sincerely

According to their website, their return policy says it can be returned within 30 days of purchase. It says nothing about it not being supported for return or exchange.

I had ordered something from a FB add I seen. I had attempted to contact customer service, after I realized it was the wrong color ordered. There was no phone number listed, I emailed customer service multiple times, with no response. I then received a confirmation email stating my order had shipped. The tracking number given was not real, and the order stated it was shipped with Unknown with an unknown date of delivery. They are advertising multiple adds on FB.
