I received an email concerning a job offer. the email stated they seemed to be really impressed with my qualifications for the Data Entry job openings offering 40 dollars per hour. The email seemed legitimate and included a website for the company, everything seemed to check out until the interview process started, the "HR" Rep Jesse Villiers suggested we use teams for the interview and did not have the camera on the interview took place via teams chat. The questions were the same as I would have expected to have anywhere else for a job position so I did not think anything was suspicious until I got an offer within a few minutes after the questions, then he said the company will pay for the equipment required to be successful in the job and that they will issue a payment to me to buy a new Macbook pro and everything to set up my in-home office. he asked for which banking I used and immediately after sent me an "offer letter" and I 9 for me to fill out, the offer letter seemed to have a lot of grammar errors, different fonts sizes and styles, upon receiving the forms he said he needed them back as soon as possible, when I reviewed the I 9 form, something seemed off, seems altered and not official. To anyone else, this might have looked correct. however; I have worked in previous jobs and had done the hiring for the company and the I-9 Form did not look legitimate, so I asked I could have time to think about the offer and get back to him, he said I only had until the next day by 8 am to return the forms filled and signed, the next morning I logged into teams. He was not offline and his status was "unknown". I have tried calling the office number for the company online but there is no answer every time and there isn't a recording of any kind. I just wanted to make sure other people are aware of this scam since they were more sophisticated than others I've encountered,
