After making a similar purchase with another company, I was solicited on my smart phone for a buy one get one offer. I accepted the offer since I liked the original product. After 6 weeks, the product finally arrived but was nothing like the first...child size instead of adult size boots. I contacted the company immediately for a refund or exchange but waited 4 weeks for a response. The eventual response was to send them back to a Chinese address via UPS for tracking purposes. The UPS charge would have been $153 USD for boots that cost $70. The Customer Support at Strive Easy has been unresponsive.
